Email Tips for Future Inquiries
1) Including your registered name, product, serial number and shipping address helps us expedite requests.

2) If your email is regarding an ongoing thread with a specific tech representative, please put the tech representative's name in the Subject field, along with a copy of the last email or some detailed reference to it in your email inquiry.

3) Please include as much detail about your technical problem as possible. Include relevant System info, and any error messages you encountered.

Shortly after you have sent a message to tech support, you will get an automatic confirmation message to let you know we have received your request. If you do not get this automatic message, this means there is something wrong with your email address, and MOTU tech support can not reply. If this happens, double check your email configuration or call MOTU tech support.
